反應釜是廣泛應用于石油、化工、橡膠、農藥、染料、醫藥、食品，用來完成硫化、硝化、氫化、烴化、聚合、縮合等工藝過程的壓力容器。

反應釜的組成COMPOSITIONOFREACTIONKETTLE
反應釜由釜體、釜蓋、夾套、攪拌器、傳動裝置、軸封裝置、支承等組成。
1.反應釜的殼體
殼體由圓形筒體，上蓋、下封頭構成。上蓋與筒體連接有兩種方法，一種是蓋子與筒體直接焊死構成一個整體;另一種形式是考慮拆卸方便，可用法蘭連接。上蓋開有人孔、手孔和工藝接管等。
2.反應釜的攪拌裝置
在反應釜中，為加快反應速度、加強混合及強化傳質或傳熱效果等，反應釜一般都裝有攪拌裝置。它由攪拌器和攪拌軸組成，用聯軸器與傳動裝置連成一體。
3.反應釜的密封裝置
在反應釜中使用的密封裝置為動密封結構，主要有填料密封和機械密封兩種。

反應釜攪拌器的作用THEFUNCTIONOFTHEREACTORAGITATOR
使物料混和均勻，強化傳熱和傳質，包括均相液體混合；液-液分散；氣-液分散；固-液分散；結晶；固體溶解；強化傳熱等。
攪拌器是實現攪拌操作的主要部件，其主要的組成部分是葉輪，它隨旋轉軸運動將機械能施加給液體，并促使液體運動。
攪拌器旋轉時把機械能傳遞給流體，在攪拌器附近形成高湍動的充分混合區，并產生一股高速射流推動液體在攪拌容器內循環流動。

The agitator is the main component for achieving mixing operation，and its main component is the impeller. It applies mechanical energy to the liquid and promotes its movementwith therotationaxis.
When the stirrer rotates, it transfers mechanical energy to the fluid,forming a highly turbulentandfullymixedzonenearthe stirrer,andgeneratingahigh-speedjet to drive the liquid to circulate and flow within the stirring container.

液體在設備范圍內作循環流動的途徑稱作液體的"流動模型”，簡稱"流型”。
The paththroughwhichliquidcirculateswithin theequipment iscalledthe“flowmodelof liquidabreviatedastheflw pattern".
軸向流
流體流動方向平行于攪拌軸，流體由槳葉推動，使流體向下流動，遇到容器底面再向上翻，形成上下循環流。
徑向流
流體流動方向垂直于攪拌軸，沿徑向流動，碰到容器壁面分成二股流體分別向上、向下流動，再回到葉端，不穿過葉片，形成上、下二個循環流動。
切向流
無擋板的容器內，流體繞軸作旋轉運動，流速高時液體表面會形成漩渦，流體從槳葉周圍周向卷吸至槳葉區的流量很小，混合效果很差。
上述三種流型通常同時存在；
軸向流與徑向流對混合起主要作用；
切向流應加以抑制一采用擋板可削弱切向流，增強軸向流和徑向流。

Theabovethreflowpatternsusualycoxist;Axialandradialflowplayamajorroleinmixing;Tangentialflowshouldb suppressed-using baffles can weakentangentialflow and enhance axialand radialflow.
